New Rivermead Leisure Centre opens next week
• From Monday 17 July, Reading will boast a brand-new Leisure Centre at Rivermead
• Visitors to the new centre can look forward to 6-court sports hall and a 120-station gym with 3 studios, new soft play and café.
Norcot Ward By-Election
- The Norcot by-election will take place on Thursday August 3
- Residents must be registered by July 18 to vote and those wanting to vote in their local polling station will again need to bring photo ID
- People can register for a postal or proxy vote instead
